*Quantity Registration Fees:

A discount will be given to 3 or more registrants from the same facility or company. Members, Non-members, and students may be combined to receive the quantity discount. To receive the discount, registrations from the same facility or company must be sent together in the same envelope. A discount does not apply to regular or walk-in registrations.

**Regular Registration Fees:

Add $25 to the fees for early registrations postmarked after August 19, 2009 whether by mail or as a walk-in (onsite).
